We want you to be happy with Take One Bite. If you are not satisfied with your Premium subscription, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date — no questions asked.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who acts as Merchant of Record for all Take One Bite orders. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email you used at checkout, or
- Email us at m.shermarkia@gmail.com with your order number and we will start the process for you.
After 30 days
After the 30-day window, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis (for example, in the case of a recent unintended renewal or a service fault). You can cancel your subscription at any time from your customer portal; cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund the current paid period.
Statutory rights
This policy is in addition to, and does not affect, any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable law (including the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and EU consumer law where applicable).
